These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TDogsPH website and booking system, and your engagement of our grooming and pet care services. By creating an account, booking an appointment, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
TDogsPH provides pet grooming, spa, and related services as described on our Services page. Prices, service availability, and duration may vary based on your pet's breed, size, coat condition, and temperament, and are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Bookings & Accounts
To book an appointment, you may be required to create a customer account and provide accurate information about yourself and your pet, including relevant health information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
3. Payments
Service prices are displayed at the time of booking based on your pet's size and selected services. Payment methods accepted are communicated at the time of booking or upon arrival. Full or partial payment may be required depending on the service booked.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
Please refer to our Grooming Policies for cancellation and rescheduling terms. TDogsPH reserves the right to limit future bookings for accounts with repeated no-shows or late cancellations.
5. Health Disclosures
You agree to disclose any known health conditions, allergies, behavioral concerns, or recent injuries affecting your pet prior to their appointment. Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect our ability to safely groom your pet and may limit TDogsPH's liability for resulting issues.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your pet's safety and comfort, grooming inherently carries minor risks (such as nicks, stress, or reactions to matting removal), particularly for pets with matted coats, sensitive skin, or underlying health conditions not disclosed to us. TDogsPH will exercise reasonable care at all times, but is not liable for incidents arising from undisclosed health conditions, pre-existing conditions, or a pet's aggressive or unpredictable behavior.
7. Photography & Content
Photos or videos taken of pets during their visit may be used for promotional purposes as described in our Grooming Policies.
8. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the TDogsPH website or booking system, including attempting to access other customers' accounts, submitting false information, or interfering with the normal operation of our services.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
